1. Do I need to complete the journal in order of chapter?
absolutely not! you can complete the journal in any order. I would recommend completing the 'To Me' section first and Chapter 4 "You" last so that you can see your growth.
2. Are your products Australian made?
Yes! the journal is printed in Australia on paper manufactured from responsibly managed forests. The tote bags are sourced ethically but are printed in Australia. All our packaging is also sourced from Australian companies.
3. Is your packaging eco friendly?
Yes! majority of it is. most of the packaging comes from 2 Australian companies Heaps Good and No issue, making the shipping labels, tapes & stickers compostable. The boxes and tissue paper come from a different Australian company and are recyclable.
4. Why do you recommend journaling?
Journaling is a very powerful outlet, it is proven to help with your mental health and general well being. It's a great way for you to allow yourself to grow, find inspiration and reduce stress.
Everybody's journey is different but for me journaling every day helped me through a very rough patch in my life and really helped me figure out who I wanted to me.
5. How much is shipping?
$9.50 for under 1kg or $15 for express.
$15 for over 2kg or $20 for express.

6. Can I return my product if I decide I don't want to journal?
We only accept returns if they arrive damaged not change of minds.

7. Will you have more products soon?
We have so many ideas we would love to come to life, I dream of turning this into one big self love bubble with many different journals and many self love products that pair perfectly with a journal but creating products cost money and keeping our products Australian made is important to me. More will come I promise, for now thank you for your support with my first couple of products, I am forever grateful.
